Project Control Methods used in Construction Project Management The scope of this assignment is to study, compare and analyze the most commonly used Project control methods used in the Construction Projects management and to select the best method for efficient project control to be used in construction project management. In this assignment three different project control methods such as 1) Earned Value Management 2) Location Based Management 3) Building Information Modeling are studied and compared. What is a Project? : In simple words a Project can be defined as temporary effort undertaken to create a unique product, service or result.
